13 Gallon Traditional Onion-Head Copper Pot Still

The 13 gallon onion-head pot still is built for the home distiller who has outgrown a starter rig and wants real batch volume. With a generous boiler this size, a single run yields enough whiskey, rum or brandy to make the day of work worthwhile, whether you are aging in a barrel or splitting bottles among friends.

The classic onion-head profile is not just for looks; its rounded shape gives vapor a little extra room to settle before heading down the swan neck, while the all-copper construction keeps sulfur off your spirit for a softer finish. The body is formed from copper of at least 1 mm thickness and sealed entirely with lead-free tin-silver solder.

Supplied as a complete setup with the boiler, onion-head cap, swan neck and a condenser carrying a thermometer port for accurate temperature tracking.
