Step up to serious batch sizes with this 13 gallon mushroom-top pot still. The broad, flattened mushroom cap encourages vapor to gather and condense across a wide surface, helping refine the spirit before it ever reaches the swan neck and condenser.

It is built entirely from copper of at least 1.0 mm thickness, with seams sealed using tin-silver solder. There is no lead and no brass anywhere in the vapor path, so the copper can do its job of stripping sulfurous notes while keeping every drop safe to drink.
